Guidelines for Resident Comment

At the March 18, 2024, Council meeting, Borough Council approved the updated Guidelines for Resident Comment. The updated Guidelines give more depth to the existing guidelines and provide more detail on how they should be followed. 

A sign-up sheet will be available on a table inside the entrance to the Council Chambers thirty (30) minutes before the start of the meeting. No one will be allowed to have their name placed on the list by telephone request to Borough staff.

Any resident wishing to address the meeting body via Zoom shall contact Borough staff prior to the meeting via email, providing their contact information, including Fox Chape address and the Borough-related subject they intend to address.
