Sewer Lateral (Malfunctions) Agreement

If malfunctions are found during dye testing procedures, either the malfunctions must be repaired/corrected and inspected by the Borough's Superintendent of Sanitary Sewers or a Sewer Lateral Malfunctions Agreement must be completed.  In addition to the completed Agreement, the Borough requires a Proposal from a plumber and an Escrow deposit made payable to the Borough of Fox Chapel in the amount stipulated by the Borough.

The Agreement must be completed/signed by the sellers and the buyers and all signatures must be notarized.
