Plumbers' Regulations

Any plumber wanting to conduct sewer lateral/dye testing in Fox Chapel must be registered with the Borough. In order to register, the plumber must complete a Plumber's Registration Form and return it to the Borough.

Please note, in particular, Item 3 in the "Regulations for Documents of Certification" setting forth the work that must be done prior to the Borough's arrival. Failure to have this work done prior to the arrival of the Borough's Sanitary Sewer Inspector can result in the imposition of charges for delay, which MUST be paid before the Document of Certification will be issued for the sewerage system.  Registrations can also be revoked as a result of failure to comply with all aspects of the "Rules and Regulations Governing House or Building Sanitary Sewer Connections." Any plumber who's registration is revoked for any reason will not be eligible to apply for reinstatement for a period of six (6) months.
