Inclement Weather

During the winter months, dye testing often cannot be completed due to frozen ground conditions and snow cover.  In lieu of a dye test being performed during this period, an Inclement Weather Agreement must be signed by the buyers and sellers, notarized and submitted to the Borough along with an escrow fee to ensure that a dye test will be performed once the weather permits.

Dye testing normally is halted November through March or April but this is entirely dependent upon weather conditions.
