Pursuant to Ordinance No. 633, I/we, the undersigned owner(s) of property located at ________________________________, hereby authorize employees of the Borough of Fox Chapel to remove any sign that is placed on our property or in the street right-of-way abutting our property.  By granting this authorization, we acknowledge that the Borough is not obligated to remove any such signs.
